So I ran a short stream test using my friend to help me see how everything was, audio, video etc. One thing stood out however and that is the video that goes "Spongey" as he put it. I'll link bellow the stream archive (11 minutes or so) the issue only happens when I'm moving the camera significantly for what we can tell. I'm sure it's just something due to my settings so if you have recommendations on how to improve it I'd appreciate it.
I'm running on windows 7 home edition. With a max upload speed of 2mb/s though I set bitrate to 1500 (which if I understand is 1.5mb/s upload) I guess I could increase it a bit but I don't know how much I can increase without sacrificing my connection to the game. I'm sure you'd like to know more settings so just tell me which ones you need and I'll post them as soon as I can. Thanks for the help.
