Question / Help Issue with multi audio source in OBS

My main Goal is to get destop audio and interface audio in OBS
I downloaded and installed ishowu and created multi output device.
then choose (in system audio) output to multi ouput and input as my interface.

The problem is when I play music in destop, the destop audio also outputting in laptop speaker. I only want to get both audio to hear in my interface earphone.
What should I do to correct it?

Then make your multi output device include iShowU and your interface, and not the system default output.
