Issue with Manage Broadcast tab in Control Panel

When opening the Manage Broadcast tab, the window is not fitting in the software window. The window cannot be resized to fit device screen. When you try to resize, the window reverts back, making it difficult to select the needed buttons at the bottom of the window.

I'm guessing your all talking about connecting to stream to Youtube. As non of you specified the service you are using, I assume this.
This was answered several times in multiple threads in the past weeks. Change the default theme of OBS. The previous theme was Dark.
