Question / Help Issue with in game controls

Hello everyone,
I have been using OBS for quite some time,
but after a long break of streaming, I have recently started again only this time there is an issue.

The stream itself is fine, however in-game, it feels like my controls get disabled for several seconds.

Let me explain it better,
So...
I play Final Fantasy XIV online.
When I am in an instance, and moving my character, sometimes the character will continue to move for several seconds and lockout my controls without me doing anything.

Could this be an issue with windowed borderless / fullscreen settings?

This doesn't seem related to OBS Studio but my guess is your USB devices aren't plugged in properly or the drivers need to be updated.

See, initially that's what I though. and I have removed/replaced my usb devices, updated what needed to be updated and it still happens.

The most confusing part is that it only happens when OBS is either recording or streaming.
