Hi I'm quite new to streaming and have spent the past few days trying to get my stream up and running, I am not great with computers and I am running into quite a couple issues that I need some help with. First I would like to use game capture in OBS to capture my playstation 4 remote play, but cannot figure out why the window just shows black with no box to even acknowledge the capture. Nvidia is set to global settings with all programs involved using my GPU. Secondly if game capture is not possible I do not mind using window capture but it is stuttering like crazy in OBS, so far no issues in my remote play window, the stuttering only seems to occur in OBS.
NVidia gpu GeForce 940MX 2 GB Vram, Intel Core i5-7200U w/ turbo boost Acer Aspire E17 Bitrate is 3500, Hardware QSV encoding. Base canvas res is 1080, output is 720 sharp scaling 60 fps.
I'm sure its not an issues with my computer probably just the way I'm using it or whatever settings. Here are all relevant log files from my attempts 05-50-31 being most recent I believe.
