When I use OBS Studio with the elgato, I need to have two separate instances of the elgato open. Usually the way I do this is I create the original source with it, then add a duplicate source of it. But sometimes I need to reset it in order to fix some delay issues, so I deactivate it and reactivate it. But then usually what happens is OBS then tries to open the Elgato, and brings up a screen that says "device is in use by another program" but there isn't another pgoram open that can use it. A friend of mine just encountered this same issue. Anyone know what causes and if there's a fix for it?
