Issue with a weird line when using video capture card (video inside)

Ive started using my capture card today and theres this weird line that comes and goes. Anyone know how to fix?

I'm currently not at my laptop I cannot post a log file until later.

That is likely screen tearing. Turn on VSYNC ingame or cap FPS to match your monitor's refresh rate to see it fixes it.

Without a clearer capture and logs, can't offer any more advice.

That definitely looks like screen tearing.
Is it present in the completed video if you record it? Sometimes the OBS preview window will exhibit tearing that is not present on the stream/recording itself; it's the Preview window-draw tearing, not the actual capture.

How do you turn vsync on? I will also log it tonight to show you!

I don't recognize the game or system you're recording so need more information and a logfile. Also, did you follow @FerretBomb post concerning the completed video?
That's Animal Crossing on the Switch. No real way to turn vsync on, with a console. Why I expect it may just be Preview window tearing instead. Otherwise, the capture card may be REALLY having a problem.
