Everything you need to know and need to check and need to do is in that message you posted. It's no OBS issue in the first place, it's about knowing how to use Windows. Change the output path to some path you're allowed to write, or configure Windows so it will allow you to write to the current path.

This is NOT a general Windows support forum. and we are volunteers.
Hopefully D:\ is a SSD (or worst case a HDD) and NOT a USB flash drive. If a USB Flash drive, that is most likely the problem
