Issue: Configuring Multiple Cameras of Same Model Doesn't Work for One

Configuration (to reproduce issue):
* Windows 10 64-bit
* OBS Studio 18.0.1 64bit
* (2) Logitech C270 webcams

Issue:
When I double click on a webcam in the Sources list then click "Configure Video," no matter which camera, only the settings (for example, Exposure) for one camera is changed. I am sure that each source in the list is different, because I can see the visual for both cameras in the Preview.

What I've Already Tried:
Deactivating that camera does not help. Changing the order of Sources does not help.

That is not an OBS issue, that's an issue with the drivers/software for that particular webcam.
