Question / Help Issue Adding Delay to my Stream!

Hey! I have a quick question, i use OBS to stream CSGO and I hate to get into games with Stream Snipers, I would like to add a 45 second delay to my stream, whenever i do so OBS doesn't just delay my stream but it also delays ALL my audio to my desktop, gameplay, and microphone. Can anyone Help me?!
