Question / Help Is upgrading my router will actually help me?

I wanna buy a new router so I can increase my bitrate and not buffering, and I wanna know if changing my router will actually make a difference in the upload speed. Also, the router I wanna upgrade to called TP-LINK Archer C5 v2 AC1200, would like to know if its good. Thanks in advance.

Your u/l speed depends on what you are paying for from your ISP..
I would check with your internet provider and ask them how to increase your speed..

I already checked my speed, I got 2.60 upload speed, and a 1000$ Gaming pc, and my stream lagging on 1800 bitrate.

Your 2.6 is not fast enough to do good quality streams. It is the bottleneck for your entire stream. You need to increase that.

I have 10 mb/s upload and I am experiencing frame drops as well. I have contacted my isp multiple times and they assured me that their is nothing wrong with my internet.
