Is this possible? --> Live host at remote location with green screen background

Hello frens!

I'm new here so plz forgive me if I am not posting in the right place/manner.

Here is what we are trying to accomplish:
  1. We have an iOS app that has live events with live hosts.
  2. One of our hosts is in Australia (we are in LA, CA).
  3. We'd like this host to live stream from his home using OBS in front of a green screen background.
  4. We would then key out the bg to add fun stuff behind him. As well as add background music and other elements. We'd do this on our end here in LA.
  5. This would then be sent into our app for our users to view live.
Our iOS devs have experience with OBS so there's solid footing in that regard. The unknowns that we could really use help/clarity on are the rest of the above (i.e. having a remote person live stream with greenscreen bg, and us then having control over that video on our end to key out the bg and add other effects/elements before sending this to the iOS app).
