Question / Help Is this pc powerferful enough?

I have this laptop that has i5-2520m with intel hd graphics 3000, 4GB ram. Will it be able to stream at 720p @30fps with decent quality using this guide ? Or should I just buy a capture card.

Capture card can grab video at the output (connector to the monitor). It shouldn't improve encoding performance for the PC where it installed.
