Question / Help Is there support for Blackmagic HDMI capture?

I have a UltraStudio Mini Recorder on OSX with HDMI capture, does OBS have support for this device nowadays?

I can not seem to get a feed from the recorder. I know I am getting a feed to the HDMI but all I get is black or green or sometimes flashing green and black.

You need to make sure the correct resolution and fps is selected, or it will be black. For example, the PS4 will only show up if you select 1080p59.94 in the black magic settings in OBS. Anything else is a black screen. "green/purple" looks usually happen when you are using a mathematically similar, but wrong resolution (like if the feed is 1080p30, but you selected 1080i60)
