So I am trying to record a portion of my display with OBS. It's not a game, it's a chrome tab. I'm coding animations that pop up in the chrome tab so I beleive display capture is the only way to record this.
I have a laptop with a NVIDIA high performace graphics card and integrated graphics. If I try to capture my display with OBS settings set to the NVIDIA card, it is only a black screen that shows up. The internet's solution, from what I can find, is changing the settings to "integrated graphics". Doing this causes massive frame drops and 100% of integrated graphics usage.
Is there absolutely no way to display capture iusing the NVIDIA card? Thanks.
