Im helping stream for a church and we have videos added onto some scenes in obs, the thing is its difficult to know when the video is about to end so i can prepare to switch to the next source. Is there a way to show the individual run times of each video when streaming live on my output not the live output

Not yet. There is already a pull request open for exactly that feature. You can vote for it here: https://ideas.obsproject.com/posts/144/better-media-source-playback-control
In the meantime since you know the video length in advance just set a stopwatch or timer.
