Is there any way we can see what is being worked on?

I'm not seeing a lot a feedback to suggestions.
Is there a way to see what features / bugs are being worked on?
After the fact there is usually release notes for a release, but a
peek behind the scenes would help us know what not to continue "harping on"
and give some confidence cool things are happening.
