Is There Any Way to Restore the Audio in an OBS Video, If You Didn't Record with the Correct Settings?

I recently recorded a video, where I forgot to properly set my audio devices. Because of this, there is now no audio in the video, and I was wondering if there was any way that I could bring the audio back.

If the audio wasn't recorded there's nothing you can do to get it back, is not there.
Just check if you recorded it on a different track, like in track 2, 3, etc. If this is the case, just use a video editor that supports multiple audio tracks in a video (ie. davinci resolve) and export the video as is making sure the exported video uses only 1 audio track.
