Question / Help Is there any point to going below 15 CQP

I've heard that 14/15 CQP is pretty much lossless quality or close to lossless quality.
Is there any discernible quality increase or is <15 CQP just give increased GPU usage and larger file sizes.

When comparing 1 CQP to 14 CQP I can tell the difference between the two however it is so small that it might just be placebo.

I use a GTX 1060 6gb and an i7 2600.

14/15 is generally suggested as the lowest because below that the difference is hard to spot and file sizes get much larger very quickly.

It's a bit like the veryfast CPU preset-- going slower than that gives small quality increases at great CPU cost.
