Is there a wifi OBS-compatible Camera that can follow a subject unattended?

I'm currently using an old decommissioned smartphone and VDO.ninja to carry a feed of my parrot on to my OBS setup. However, the phone shuts down randomly because the charging port is intermittent.

I would like to use one of the many IP webcams that are sold as outdoor security wifi cameras for this role. However, I don't know if it's possible or how to connect such a device over wifi to OBS. More ideal would be a PTZ camera with a motion tracking feature, that follows my parrot as she climbs around and in and out of her cage.

Currently, when she moves I have to move the phone camera to get her back in frame. Best would be a robotic camera that can pan tilt zoom to follow her around. Can anyone recommend how to do this?

Any IP webcam with MJPEG would work, try right-clicking a feed you see and grab the URL :)
As for motion tracking I can't help you

Do you HAVE to use WiFi? are you a sophisticated user, with understanding of RF spectrum usage, WiFi limitations, etc.? if yes, go for it. Don't having gotten lucky previously as an indication of future performance expectations, ESPECIALLY if you upgrade to a different camera (one not using same video compression transmission approach)
otherwise, stick to wired Ethernet and save yourself a ton of potential issues. seriously.
There are some PTZ cameras (I know PTZ Optics recently announced/upgraded theirs). There are others. Beware no-name knock-off brands will poor to no support.
Beware IP security cameras that are only 15fps,
If image quality matters to you, IP security cameras are probably NOT a good choice (they are much lower priced for a reason. you are getting what you pay for)
