Question / Help Is there a way to stream OBS with zero delay anywhere?

Is there a way to stream with zero delay (by zero i mean nothing more than the milliseconds that it would take the internet feed to reach the destination)? Youtube and Twitch are unusable for applications that need zero lag. Are there any other stream services that offer streaming with no lag? Skype can do real time streaming, but the quality and frame-rate is very poor. Is there a way to stream with OBS with no lag to people?

No, not with RTMP. Skype can only pull off near real-time video streaming by taking a lot of shortcuts in terms of quality, and because the video feed is more or less sent directly to the destination rather than procesed by a central server like RTMP is. The closest you can get is a few seconds with raw RTMP streaming services like hitbox.tv.
