Is there a way to have OBS remember the interact settings so it always plays a video URL in full screen?

If I post a video URL in the Browser Source then it just captures the whole webpage instead of just the video in full screen. So I open Interact and put the video in full screen however this setting isn't remembered when OBS is closed and re-opened. Is there any way to get it remember the last settting of playing the video in full screen?

I'm setting up OBS to automatically open OBS and start recording a livestream at a specific time every day so I need the video recording to play in full screen. How can I do that if OBS can't remember the Interact setting?

I tried to instead record a browser local file and I set the source as the Chrome.exe file but I can't get a picture. How do I set that up properly?
