Question / Help Is there a way to have a scene with custom fade (different duration)?

I know how transitions work, and I know how to add custom (stinger / swipe / fade to color / slide / luna) transition. However, I see no custom "fade". For instance, I want one scene to fade quicker than my default (I use Fade as the Default Transition).

Is this possible? Am I missing a step?
