Is there a way to have 2 different settings / outputs for recording and streaming?

I have tried having two different profiles on obs and running two different apps of obs to achieve this but on one of the apps (game capture) does not show up and appears black screen. I record my gameplay at 240fps with NO webcam and mic audio (for YT) and stream at 60fps with webcam and mic audio. I am trying to achieve these 2 at the same time. The problem for the streaming part is I use dual pc's to stream and I result in using NDI plugin so I can't use streamlabs on my main pc. If there was a better program for recording (in 240 fps) I would just do that but OBS is alpha (streaming and recording). My last result is getting a 4k capture card and using streamlabs to stream and obs to record but money is tight at the moment, if there is a recording software that I am unaware of and is capable of recording 240fps LIKE OBS. Please SOS!!! Hope this wasn't confusing
