Question / Help Is there a way to distort a video?

Good morning all!
I'm here for an help.
I have a simple image like this

and i want to insert on the video space my game source...

BUT as you can see the screen of the news in the picture have a prospective it's not the standard one...
so the question is there a way to distort the input video to fill a space for a screen like that?
