Question / Help Is there a way to delay a source (in OBS 17.0.0)?

So, I've been trying to make all my sources and audio sync up. I use an elgato which delays the stream behind my voice by a second. I delayed my mic, but then my co-hosts on skype were talking over me on stream. So I delayed my desktop audio by a second too! But now my twitch alerts are one second ahead of the noise they make!

tl;dr: I need to know how to delay that source by a second so everything is synced up! I've seen that you have to use the "audio/video" filter but I don't see it in 17.0.0. Am I missing something...?

This will delay load for 2 seconds
Set delay(1000)for 1 second.
