Is there a way to create THICKER audio meters with CSS?

Hello. The audio level meters are extremely thin and hard to see.

Does anyone know if CSS can be added that will increase the thickness of the Mic/Aux audio meters?

I'm surprised this question has never come up before. The audio volume meters in OBS are so thin and difficult to see that they are almost unusable.
