Is there a sharpening plug-in?

I saw on YouTube that LUTs can be created for OBS in video editing software, but they won't affect the sharpness of the picture. Is there any way to sharpen the image in OBS using a plug-in or other means?

There is an effect filter named ‘Sharpen’.
