Is there a restart playback when source become active in VLC video source?

Hi I'm new here at this forum, but I am not new in OBS Studio.

Can anyone help me with this, Is there a restart playback when source become active in VLC video source?
When I got out to the properties of VLC Video Source, the video or audio will restart in the beginning.
