Is there a difference if I launch the OBS after the game?

I experience at some games OBS would not capture, nor working properly.

But sometimes it worked really well and I guessed this because of some priority, which I often launch the game before OBS, not always.

But I'm not sure,
So I come to ask you some technical advice!
