Question / Help Is there a capture card where OBS can use their hardware encoder?

I would not like to use my CPU or GPU because neither of them are the very best.

Examples:
Could i use the HD60 Pro,
AVeRMedia Live Gamer HD 2?

This is not something you want to do.

Any hardware encoder is a dedicated chip on the CPU/GPU, and should have next to no impact on your system.

but when i stream with my CPU it takes up 50% CPU usage and im just looking to lower this impact.

50% CPU is fine, why is this a concern?

If you're on a modern intel CPU, you can use QuickSync. If you have a GTX-class nvidia GPU, you can use NVENC.
