Ive never used this forum so ill see how it goes. I currently stream from my xbox to OBS.. Due to the fact that i lose track of text and chat while i play i have decide to try and take advantage of OBS and put the console on a scene stack transparent chat and twitch alerts on to it as will than use screen project and put it on my 3rd screen.. Making it so i can see chat will am looking at 1 screen.. I have a issue though it was working great than i wake up the next morning do it again and i have a latency of controller to screen of about 1-2 seconds (I play fast pace FPS i cant have a delay) However when i restart the program after 7 trys it goes back to normal sometimes... IS their a setting in OBS that would help reduce the delay from console to OBS? (I can add PC specs and capture card specs if wanted)

All capture cards have delay, but there are a few with very little. Your input lag is your input lag, and unless you get a device that specifically has a small amount, there is nothing you can do to change it.
