Question / Help Is Teamviewer the best software to control OBS from another PC ?

I need to remote control OBS from another machine on the network, and I tested teamviewer for that but I´m not sure if this is the ideal software. I noticed that teamviewer itself seems to hog a lot of resources from the machines. Do you have any other solution, a light software, doesn´t need to be fancy, just not consume much resources. Ather solutions are welcomed also.
