Is QuickSync AV1 just not available for FFmpeg based recording?

I just installed my Intel Arc A750 and when the recording type is set to standard, I can definitely choose QuickSync AV1 as a Video Encoder.

However, when the recording type is set to use FFmpeg instead, the av1_qsv is just not available from the list.
(There's only either av1_amf (AMD) and av1_nvenc (NVIDIA))

Am I missing something?
