Hi I have been trying to get this to work all morning with varying degrees of success so any help is much appreciated!
I first installed OBS a week or so ago and earlier today I decided to uninstall and reinstall the software as it seemed to be really glitchy and one of the help topics said to try that...
When I went to reinstall OBS I noticed it's a new version of OBS as of 18th September (2 days ago!) so I thought great - that was probably why it was so glitchy.
By the way - how I want to use OBS is as a webcam because I'm doing a webinar and the webinar platform adds a 20 second delay to a live stream via OBS so it would be better if the webinar platform could recognise the OBS feed as if it were a webcam. So I discovered I could use virtualcam -perfect - except...
With this installation of OBS, in tools, there is no 'Virtualcam' to select - in the previous version of OBS it was there to select and it did work for me once, but then kept crashing my computer and OBS, hence the circle of uninstalls/reinstalls.
I am thinking it's not showing because OBS-VirtualCam 2.0.2 is not compatible or supported in the recent update of OBS to 24.0 - does anyone know if that's the case?
