is obs-server.com related to OBS program?

Hi I hope is not off topic here.
We would like to embed stream to our theater web page. Youtube doesn't allow stream embed unless your are partner and I couldn't find other service with good quality.
Does OBS-server service has something to do with development of OBS program?
It would be nice to support at least this way.
