Is OBS considered to be SDVoE?

Hi all, I'm very new to all of this. I have 25+ yrs experience with sysadmin stuff and network hardware, but I have no clue about live streaming, recording, mixing video to video wall displays and such. I see that OBS will live stream and record, but can I send various sources to various displays, and send various sources to a single display?

Using the projector feature you can output any scene or source to a physically connected display, or use NDI to do the same to remote systems that support NDI.
