Is OBS CMMC compliant?

Odd question but is OBS CMMC or NIST 800-171 compliant? I cannot find this answer anywhere.

I doubt it.

I'd be surprised if it were compliant with *anything*, except for what's required to run at all on a standard operating system.

But if you're concerned about what actually exists, regardless of bureaucracy, then you can look at the source code and do your own audit. That's the beauty of Open Source!
If you don't trust the binary, you can even build it from the same source that you approved. Then you KNOW that what you're running is okay!
