Question / Help is my pc strong enough ?

cpu E8500 (3.16ghz)
8 gb ram
Sapphire 7870

When I try to record "world of tanks" the video is far from being smooth, looks more like pictures with sound :)

What should I do ?

The cpu is pretty weak but you might be able to pull off 720p@30fps if you use simple recording settings & low cpu usage preset.

If it lags, downscale until it doesn't.
