Question / Help Is my computer up to snuff?

Hey guys!

Just got a chance to buy a Elgato HD60 S cheap from a friend who won it and don't need it due to already having more than enough capture cards, it should be here on my desk in two weeks =)
My Question is, is my computer good enough to make a stable stream with OBS? I plan to stream from consoles btw!
Just to get it out of the way, I have 12 Mb/s upstream on my internet (wired) so no worries on that part of things!
So to the specs: I have a i7-3770 3,4 GHz with 8 GB DDR3 an Intel SSD and my big worry in this case a GTX 660.
Will this make a good 720p60 or 1080p60 stream or will anything of this give me problems?

Thankful for any input you can provide so I can prepare ahead!

720p60 should be doable... 1080p60 should never be a goal for livestreaming (even as a dedicated streaming Rig)

And your Friend is quite the let down... gets shit for free sells it to another friend? Is that even a friend ... even if its way cheaper than retail.

Thanks for the answer about my Rig...

Do you have personal bad experience of the HD60 S or are you just talking out of hate to Elgatos earlier products?
