Question / Help Is my computer capable of recording anything?

I try to record a video but every time I do you can notice some stuttering in the video play back. I record Rainbow six seige its the worst by far for stuttering and then even csgo I notice a bit as well. https://obsproject.com/logs/kJ3YlyhGrksxLSdE

There are no problems visible in the log. No lagged or lost frames. According to the log, your video file should be flawless. Try a decent media player like VLC or Media Player Classic. The builtin Windows media player is not able to playback every video file flawlessly.

This log looks perfect as well. Did you check your video with VLC?
You should update Windows to the most current version (1903) as well. Some previous versions had issues with Game Mode being too aggressive. Usually this results in lost/lagged frames in the OBS log, but your log doesn't have any, so you probably don't have issues with that. But updating windows to the most current version is recommended in any case.

You've overridden yours to 709/Full. Is there a reason?
