Question / Help Is it true?

Hey @badgeroni,

This is in regards to the Elgato software's newest beta release for Mac, version 2.1, allowing for you to stream directly from the program using overlays and webcams - https://www.elgato.com/en/game-capture-hd-support (scroll down and to the right for the beta for Mac). I've had access to the earlier beta, but I still find OBS to be the best streaming application out there. The ability to stream and record at the same time, if need be, along with multiple sources and the ability to include such things like TwitchAlerts, for example, makes OBS the streaming application of choice.

Of course, if you really want to get that webcam stream in there without having to try and sync your audio and video from console and computer, you might want to give the Elgato beta a try. However, remember that it is still in beta and in my experience, can be buggy. They also recommend having an i7 processor (not sure what your specs are).

Hope that helps!
