Question / Help is it possible to use multiple outputs on my audio interface and route audio to each one independently

I’m streaming a live music show and the microphones and instruments are going into a UAD Apollo interface for mixing. The audio is then sent out into a second computer with a Motu Ultralite AVB along with the camera through a capture card.
This is all working great and the stream looks and sounds really good.
However, we are doing a video Q&A and I want to be able to send the audio out from a media source on a separate channel to the main output, while simultaneously sending it to the main output. I want to be able to use the multiple outputs on my Motu audio interface and be able to route audio to each independently. Is this possible?

Can you rephrase this? Are you trying to setup a mix minus or do you just want a duplicate main output with 2 separate versions, 1 with the extra media source and one without the added feed. ?

Hi Vapeahoy, I want to have my full mix out and then an additional out with only the audio from the media source going to a separate output on my motu.

OBS can't do this itself, you'll want to look into third-party software like VBAudio VAC, or Voicemeeter.

Hi Vapeahoy, I want to have my full mix out and then an additional out with only the audio from the media source going to a separate output on my motu.

If you want to do this in hardware you would need to split the signal and add an effect stop, a pitchstop if u will, where you can combine the additional media source with the full mix. If you have enough I/O left in the motu that should be the way to go.
If you want to avoid splitting signal, you'll need to duplicate it from main mix out, using a combination of stereo and main outs, on my mixer i'd use group 3-4 and aux 1/2 or stereo 1/2. Or since i have 4 outs from main on mixer just group 1,2-3,4. Then in the mixer i could use FX send it into the group 3-4 use separate the out from that using FX send or such.

So yeah, this can be done, but you might need some new hardware.
