as a second device to stream my live feed from my laptop perhaps through NDI so that I can ease the load on my laptop CPU?

I know how to use a second laptop to do the same thing through NDI but cannot find an app for the phone that would make it work. Is there on?

Any suggestions or alternative ways on making this work?

Im using OBS Studio 21.1.0 (64bit) and have NDI plugin 4.5.0 installed

It's not possible to use your Android phone as streaming device for OBS. It lacks the computing power for stream encoding. Comparing the power of the CPU of a desktop or even a laptop to the computing power of the CPU in your android phone is like comparing a supertanker to a rowing boat.

depends, against older hardware a smartphone that utilize hardware encoding would outperform their software encoding counter part especially at higher resolutions and streaming to youtube where you can go high with the bitrate this could be a nice setup. anyway i have no idea how to get such a setup working.
