I've been using OBS Studio to stream tournaments of fighting games to twitch.
When we want the VoDs to be on youtube, we usually re edit the recorded footage and upload them to youtube.
However with large multi day tournaments, this can be extremely time consuming. Not just the work required, but the amount of uploading time and rendering.
Does anyone know ways of getting each game to youtube, without needing to download and re-edit the broadcast?
If you export the Twitch past broadcasts to youtube, you only get the option of exporting the entire broadcast, or 15 minute chunks, neither are useful.
I attempted to use restream.io, by keeping the twitch stream running and opening/closing the youtube stream when a game starts and finishes. However, this does not seem to be supported, as you cannot close individual streams without restarting OBS Studio.
I apologise if this is the wrong forum for this
