Question / Help Is it possible to stream the screen of a laptop that has the hdmi in port connected to a console

I have 2 laptops and one of them has an hdmi in port and was thinking stream that way to try bypassing some of lag for the viewers.

What laptop do you have that has an "HDMI in" port?

alienware windows 7 pro but with windows 10 update

You can't use that feature for that. The HDMI input of those laptops just feeds the external video signal to your laptop's screen; it does not capture the video in a way that OBS can use. For that you need a capture card.
