Question / Help Is it possible to record in 1080p 60ps with my specs?

I'm pretty new to using obs and I've been trying to find the best settings to record with it. I've been using my Elgato capture software but I was experiencing lag spikes in-game and the video comes out alright. With OBS I experience some lag spikes in-game only when I get into gunfights. But in the recording, it's constantly lagging.

My Specs
Elgato HD60s Capture Card
CPU: AMD FX-8370
GPU: GTX 1050ti
RAM: 16gb
