Is it possible to record a computer's screen with a different computer?

I am new to obs studios and was wondering if there is a way to record the screen on one computer with another. My family is super cheap so everything we have uses wires and I need A LOT of wires for recording and my main computer only has one socket for wires and I need that for my mouse. I am very dumb when it comes to technology so if someone could provide a simple and easy answer that would be very helpful. BTW they cannot be connected by a wire because of what I said earlier. You can use a video cable splitter and capture card (USB or PCIe internal), run OBS on the host system and configure it to send across the LAN using NDI and the obs-ndi plugin (uses a lot of network bandwidth, creates a yellow box around the captured portion specifically to warn users it is being captured), or set up a VNC host on the system to be captured and connect in from the OBS system (low framerate).

A lot of what you said makes no sense as far as 'using a lot of wires for recording' and 'only having one socket for wires'.

I'll second this and say that a picture is worth 1000 words here.
There are many different kinds of "wires" that can be connected to a PC for different purposes. You say you need "a lot of wires" for recording and yet you are here asking how to record, so it is unclear what knowledge you actually have, what this "lot of wires" is for, where they are plugged in, or even what kind they are (USB, HDMI, Ethernet, Serial?!).
You're going to need to provide a lot more details in order for anyone to help you beyond the general pointers in the right direction that FerretBomb gave you.
