Question / Help Is it possible to mute a specific program?

Title. For example, say I'm in a call with some friends on skype and I'm recording background gameplay for a video (or hell, even not wanting the call to make sound on the stream) is it possible to mute skype and keep OBS still detecting sound from the game/any other programs i want producing sound?
