Is it possible to display live poll and poll results in an overlay for either Twitch or YouTube?

When livestreaming to either Twitch or YouTube, is it possible to display a current live poll and it's options, as well as the end results of the poll, in an overlay? Can anyone point me in the direction in how I'd do this?
